 An Uplifting Read
A motorcycle accident causes the author to draw on her faith in Jesus and her experiences growing
up. Through a series of flash-backs, the reader is drawn into the author's experiences--her near
death, the trials and tribulations of a long and painful (and apparently ongoing) recovery, as
well as the strength she drew upon from her childhood memories.
Although Wahl's book is quite personal, the fountain of her personal struggles, there is much
triumph in the telling of the story. As a woman, I found the portrayal of relationships touching,
appropriate and entirely relevant to her recovery. Wahl demonstrates that inner strength can be
derived through holding on to precious, past gems in our lives. These simple gems involve her parents,
grandparents, husband, children, her love of music, singing and performing and her relationship
 with her savior, Jesus Christ.
JESUS, I'M COMING is a Christian book, through and through, without being preachy or overbearing.
It is a story that any woman of faith can relate to.

Jesus I’m Coming was very touching.  There was much in it that I could relate to. I finished Wahl's book in no time and it kept my attention throughout.   It is an easy read about the author's true to life experiences.
Central to the book is the motorcycle accident and rehabilitation that she went through.  However, the story is told through the warm prism of her faith and family, with her childhood recollections seasoning the narrative.  These memories really added texture to the book and made me feel as if I were privy to the relationships that touched her deeply enough to pull her through some rather dark moments.
This is definitely a book written from a Christian woman's perspective and for a Christian women's audience, so I'm not sure that it is appropriate for the guys or those for whom faith is not important.
The publisher informed me that Ms. Wahl is an actor and musician, and has created original works in that vein. I was also told that Jesus, I'm Coming is her inaugural work.  For her first effort, she is to be commended.  I certainly hope that she will persist in her newly found talent.

What the devil means for evil, Jesus can use for good. That statement describes Jesus I’m Coming by Debi Irene Wahl. We meet a woman who is involved in a terrible accident, has numerous surgeries and pain, and through it all, she is positive and upbeat. What I liked about the book was that Debi didn’t downplay the pain she felt or the problems/complications that arose from the accident. She just emphasizes how she focused on Christ during this time to get her through.

Through her strong, steadfast faith, she no doubt impacted every life she touched as she traveled this road. From the doctors to nurses to other people in the hospital, they would have seen how she lived out her Christian walk, she didn’t just talk about it. I would recommend this to anyone, especially someone who has been through a difficult struggle or is entering one.

Jesus will see you through

This book was both sad and uplifting. The writer is able to make you feel as though she is speaking to you as a friend. Although she flashes back and forth in time her writing is easy to follow. I found myself not wanting to put the book down. I finished the book in one evening. Her faith in Jesus is uplifting and causes a person to reflect. I have passed this book on to my daughter and she was moved by the author faith. I would recomend this book to anyone who needs to reflect on their life and their belief in Jesus.

Very Uplifting

It was a joy to read. In one sitting I was able to fly through Debi Irene Wahl's real-life tale. A motorcycle accident causes the author to draw on her faith in Jesus and her experiences growing up.
